This is my way of “spreading Firefox“. My driveway is tucked in the woods a bit, so the visuals will just have to be passed around the interwebz.
I was actually really proud of it. My idea was to do this even bigger on my college campus, but I don’t know if it’s allowed. I could always ask around.
It is called Single Category Posts, and it will lists recent posts for you from a category of your choosing.
It is simple. You select your category from a drop down list, as well as the most number of posts for it to show, and it places a list in your sidebar.
Also, it works with the new WordPress 2.5 widget interface, so you can add as many of these widgets as you need.
Two versions are included in the ZIP file. The 1.2 version is for the WordPress versions 2.5 and greater. The 1.0 version is for previous versions of WordPress.
